Terms of Service.

By creating an account or using Commerciax services, users agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any service-specific addenda.

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years (or age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality.
• Users are liable for all activities under their account.

• Refrain from unlawful or unauthorized misuse of the service.
• Don't disrupt Commerciax services or harm other users.
• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.

Commerciax collects user data per its Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to that processing.

• Commerciax owns all materials, logos, designs, trademarks, and content associated with its services.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
• Paid client deliverables are licensed per the signed statement of work.

Neweb connects to services including Google, domain registrars, Bing, Maps, Stripe, and Resend. Commerciax disclaims responsibility for third-party platform accuracy, security, or data practices.

• Fees are specified in engagement documents or on our pricing page.
• Invoices are due within 15 days.
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest (or the legal maximum, whichever is lower).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Users are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing or using them with customers.

Commerciax may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, fraud, or at its reasonable discretion. Users may terminate at any time by emailing info@commerciax.com. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on what happens to fees at termination.

Commerciax's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Wyoming, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Material changes are communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance.
