Is the free domain really free?
Yes. One custom domain, whether a .com, .in, .shop, .co or .online, is included free with every paid Neweb plan for as long as your subscription stays active. We pay the registrar fee for the first year, and renewals after that are charged at cost, which is around 999 rupees for a .com and 599 rupees for a .in at current registrar rates. There is no markup and no renewal-time price hike. Crucially, the domain is registered in your own legal name with WHOIS privacy enabled, not under an agency account, so you always control it. You can transfer it out to any other registrar any time after the 60-day ICANN lock period that applies to every newly registered domain. The domain is yours, not ours.
What exactly does “online presence manager” mean?
An online presence manager goes beyond building a website. Neweb registers your domain, builds and hosts your website, claims and verifies your Google Business Profile, sets up SEO, and connects your newsletter, then keeps all of those surfaces in sync from one dashboard. Do I need to know anything about WordPress?

The AI handles the WordPress mechanics underneath, including the theme, the blocks, the SEO markup, and the performance tuning. If you do happen to know WordPress, the full wp-admin is there for you to use, with your own database and plugin access. But if you have never touched it, you can run your entire website, publish blog posts, add pages, and change your layout without ever learning what a WordPress dashboard looks like.
