How we work

Small team. High trust. Real ownership.

  • Write things down. Memos over meetings. Decisions live in docs, not in Slack threads.
  • Ship weekly. Every Friday, something reaches a customer. No multi-quarter roadmaps.
  • Own your craft. One engineer, one designer, one PM per feature. No committees.
  • No all-hands at 9am IST. Async by default. Timezones are a feature, not a bug.
  • Customer support on rotation. Everyone, including founders, takes 2 days/month on tickets.
  • Rest is strategic. We enforce 4 weeks off minimum. Burnout is a bug, not a badge.

Four steps. Ten days. No games.

We reply to every application within 72 hours, even if it's a no. We'll never ask you to do more than 4 hours of work outside interviews — and we pay for take-homes.

Intro call

30 min with a hiring manager. Tell us what you've built and what you want to build next.

Day 1–3
Craft interview

90 min. Deep-dive into one piece of work you're proud of. No whiteboard leetcode.

Day 4–6
Paid take-home

~3 hrs. A real problem from our backlog. $250 flat, paid either way.

Day 7–8
Team + offer

Meet 3 future teammates. Offer within 24 hrs. Transparent band, no haggling.
