Refund & Cancellation.

Commerciax Infotech operates two models: subscription products (Neweb.ai, Fonda.co) and sprint-based services. Each has its own refund framework, set out below.

How to Initiate a Refund or Cancellation

Requests must be submitted in writing to:

  • SubjectRefund Request — [Client Name] — [Sprint Number or Subscription]

Details required: project name, sprint number (or subscription email), date of payment, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation.

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days of receipt.

Refund Eligibility — Products (Neweb.ai, Fonda.co)

For Neweb.ai subscriptions, you can cancel any time from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

  • Monthly plans — cancel before renewal; no refund for a started month.
  • Annual plans — pro-rated refund for unused full months, minus any setup or domain registration fees (domains are non-refundable once registered).
  • Domain registrations — non-refundable once registered with ICANN-accredited registrars. The domain remains yours for the paid term.

Refund Eligibility — Services (Sprint-based)

A. Pre-Sprint Refunds — A full refund is available if payment was made but work hasn't begun. A sprint is considered started once any preparatory work (research, planning, or task assignment) begins.

B. Mid-Sprint Refunds — Generally unavailable unless Commerciax fails to deliver or materially breaches the service agreement. Partial refunds may apply if fewer than 25% of tasks are complete and a service review confirms significant scope deviation.

C. Post-Sprint Refunds — Once a sprint is completed or approved, refunds are not issued. Please provide feedback during delivery for adjustments under revision policies.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email with a reference number.

Cancellation Notice

  • Service cancellations require 48 hours notice before the sprint start date.
  • Product subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual plans can be cancelled for a pro-rated refund within the first 14 days of renewal.

  • Product subscriptions (Neweb.ai, Fonda.co) follow the terms above and any plan-specific addenda.
  • Third-party charges (domain registrars, payment gateways) are governed by their respective providers.
  • Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension.
